Terms and Conditions for On The Revenue (OTR) Accounting Software

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the On The Revenue Accounting Software ("OTR"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the software.

2. Scope of Service

OTR is an online accounting software designed for truck drivers, particularly owner-operators. The platform provides financial management tools, including but not limited to expense tracking, income tracking, and reporting.

3. User Responsibilities

Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all data entered into OTR is accurate and complete.

Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax requirements related to your use of OTR.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription, Payment and Cancellations

Fees

OTR operates on a subscription basis. Fees are outlined on our pricing page and are subject to change with prior notice.

Payment

Payments are due on a recurring basis as specified during registration. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Cancellation and Refunds

All payments are final. If you choose to cancel your subscription, no refunds or prorated credits will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription term. Access to the platform will remain available until the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Data Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. However, we may use aggregated and anonymized data for analytical purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of OTR, including but not limited to software, designs, logos, and text, are the exclusive property of On The Revenue and its licensors.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Use OTR for unlawful purposes.

Attempt to disrupt or compromise the software’s security.

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.

8. Limitation of Liability

OTR and its affiliates are not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

Errors or inaccuracies in financial reports generated by the software.

9. Termination

OTR reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, access to your data will be limited, and it is your responsibility to export any necessary information before termination. OTR will retain your data for a period of 90 days after account inactivity, after which all data will be permanently deleted. If you require access to your data within this period, you must submit a request.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated to you via email or through the platform. Continued use of OTR after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
